In order to log in to the new account look up section of our site, please follow these instructions:
- Your username is the first initial of your first name, your last name, and the last 4 digits of your social security number.
For example, John Smith, with a social security number of 000-123-4567, would use the username of "jsmith4567".
- Your temporary password is "eflex4me".
